Never so many flights from Italian airports to the United States of America: only American Airlines, one of the big three U.S. airlines, will fly on as many 4 Italian stopovers. Let's find out, in detail, all the routes served during summer 2025.

We start from Rome-Fiumicino. Since last Monday, March 31, the routes to the New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD) e Charlotte (CLT) which are in addition to connections to/from Philadelphia (active year-round) and Dallas-Fort Worth (the latter restarted on March 6). Then on June 6, American Airlines will inaugurate new daily connections between Rome-Fiumicino and Miami.
Flights to/from Chicago and Philadelphia are operated with the Boeing 787-8, the shorter version of the Dreamliner made in Everett, while the Charlotte, Dallas, New York, and Miami routes use the Boeing 777 (in the -200 variant). Both aircraft are equipped with three classes of service: business, premium economy and economy class.
As for the Milan-Malpensa airport, from May 24 will restart the route to Philadelphia: The operation includes one flight per day and the aircraft used will be the Boeing 787-8 'Dreamliner'. This route is in addition to the daily connection to New York, active all year round.
From Venice, however, American Airlines flies to two destinations: Philadelphia e Dallas (from June 6); in both, daily frequencies are operated by Boeing 787 'Dreamliner' aircraft. Also theNaples Capodichino Airport, finally, is served by two routes operated by AA. As of May 7, daily connections to/from Chicago e Philadelphia.
