One of the '3 American sisters' - the other two are American Airlines and United - fly on 4 Italian airports: Milan-Malpensa, Rome-Fiumicino, Venice, Naples And, for the first time, Catania.
We start from Rome (FCO). Delta connects the capital's "Da Vinci" with 5 destinations: Atlanta, Boston, New York (JFK), Detroit e Minneapolis. Routes to ATL, BOS, JFK and DTW are served by. one flight a day and operated by Airbus A330s (depending on the rotation, it will be possible to fly in the -neo variant); the FCO-MSP route, on the other hand, will operate from May 24 next and will have 4 weekly frequencies (operated by B767s in the -300 variant). Both A330s and 767s are outfitted with 3 classes of service: business, premium economy and economy.
3 destinations available from the airport in Milan-Malpensa: New York (JFK), Atlanta e, from May 24, Boston. The following are provided daily frequencies on routes to the Big Apple and ATL - operated with B767-400s and, depending on rotations, also with A330s - while, from May 24, there will be available 4 flights per week In the route to Boston.
From Venice, on the other hand, Delta turns daily toward JFK in New York e Atlanta: routes are operated with the now aged Boeing 767 in the -400 variant.
Also from the Capodichino airport of Naples Delta flies 4 times a week over Atlanta (on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays) and daily over JFK. The routes are operated respectively by the Airbus A330 and from the Boeing 767. Finally, from May 22 of this year - for the first time - the Catania-New York (JFK) route will be active. Served by one flight a day, the route will be operated by the B767.
