Today's is a historic day for the Apulia and for Bari. A few minutes ago, at 12:13 p.m., the first flight ever connecting the Apulian capital and New York.

The new route, operated by the Italian carrier Neos e active until October 15, 2025, will have one frequency per week: flight takes off from New York (JFK) every Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. (local time) and lands at Bari on Wednesdays at 7:40 a.m.; on the reverse route, departure from Bari is scheduled every Wednesday at 11:35 a.m. while arrival at JFK in New York is scheduled for 2:50 p.m. (local time).
The connection is made by one of the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner present in the Neos fleet: the set-up includes. two classes of service, one of Premium Economy consisting of 28 chairs (with rows 2-3-2) and one of Economy of 327 or 331 seats with 3-3-3 layout; all seats also have IFE and there is wi-fi connectivity.
