The Sax Paris is located in the prestigious 7th arrondissement, in a neo-Gothic building from 1899 that once housed the Ségur telephone exchange. Completely transformed into un boutique hotel of 118 rooms and suites, is now a meeting point for travelers and Parisians alike, designed to experience the authentic Left Bank lifestyle, where art, culture and sophistication come together in a chic and relaxed atmosphere.

There is no shortage of contemporary artwork such as Arik Levy's crystal sculpture and a mural by urban artist Sto, which decorates the restaurant's ceiling.
The rooms feature natural materials, neutral tones, marble bathrooms and wood paneling. Some suites have private terraces and minibars curated in collaboration with La Grande Épicerie de Paris of the famous Le Bon Marché. The three signature suites-The Studio, The Winter Garden and The Signature-also boast an in-room cocktail station.
Two restaurants for two unique experiences
The Le SAX Restaurant is the convivial heart of the hotel, open all day for brunch, lunch or dinner. It is headed by chef David Maroleau, with experience in starred restaurants, and offers cuisine that celebrates "everything we love" in an elegant and casual setting.
On the rooftop terrace finds space Kinugawa Left Bank, the perfect address for a gastronomic journey between Paris and Tokyo. This two-level restaurant combines Parisian sophistication with the aesthetics and flavors of Japanese cuisine, offering signature Kinugawa dishes and creative cocktails made with yuzu and shiso.
