It is the second Handwritten Collection property in the United States, following the Stratford's debut in San Francisco last year.
An icon that is renewed
Treasure Island is no ordinary name for Las Vegas: with its pirate-inspired architecture, it has been part of the collective imagination of millions of tourists and travelers. Now, thanks to a multimillion-dollar makeover and to the agreement signed between Accor and the owner Phil Ruffin, the resort is preparing to write a new chapter in its history under the banner of contemporary hospitality and sustainability.

In addition to the new brand identity, the TI Las Vegas Will continue to offer all its distinctive services: 90,000 square meters of casino, 10 restaurants (including the famous Phil's Steak House and Gilley's Saloon), 8 bars and lounges, a tropical pool, a luxury spa, wedding chapel, meeting rooms, and the timeless show Mystère of Cirque du Soleil, the resort's flagship theater for years.
The rooms and suites, many with views of the Nevada desert and Las Vegas Boulevard, have been updated with new amenities: SensaTIonal™ pillowtop beds, hot tubs, marble finishes and high-end equipment.
New blood for the Strip

"We are excited to bring Accor to Las Vegas and to offer our program members. ALL - Accor Live Limitless a unique opportunity to stay in an icon of the city," said Thomas Dubaere, CEO of Accor Americas. The loyalty program, which counts more than 100 million members worldwide, is a key lever for boosting tourism in the city and attracting new international flows, especially from Europe. "Treasure Island has always had a special place in the history of Las Vegas, and I am sure Accor will be able to enhance it further, bringing in new energy and new guests."
Sustainability and comfort: a possible combination
There is no shortage of attention to sustainability: Treasure Island has obtained the Four Green Globes® Certification through concrete actions on energy efficiency, air quality, resource management and reducing environmental impact. An important step in aligning with the needs of an increasingly green travel-conscious clientele.

With this operation, Accor strengthens its presence in the Americas, where it already has more than 550 active hotels, and consolidates the Handwritten Collection's positioning as an affordable charming proposition designed for travelers seeking authenticity.
A bet on Las Vegas that, despite everything, remains a symbol. And perhaps, precisely from operations like this one, will pass the revitalization of a city that still has many stories to tell.
