Wizz Air continues to strengthen its presence in Italy and expands connections to Central and Eastern Europe with a double announcement: two new routes to Bratislava, the bustling capital of Slovakia, will depart from Lamezia Terme e Naples.

From November 14, 2025, Lamezia will be connected twice a week (Monday and Friday) with flights operated by Airbus A321neo, while from the December 16, 2025 will be the turn of Naples, with four weekly frequencies (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday).
Located on the banks of the Danube River, Bratislava offers a pedestrian-friendly historic center full of charm, dominated by the Castle that offers spectacular views. With these two routes, Wizz Air is consolidating its "Customer First Compass" strategy, an investment plan from 14 billion in three years to expand the network and improve the travel experience.

For Lamezia, the flight to Bratislava joins previously announced connections to Katowice and Sofia, confirming the growth of southern Italy on the Wizz Air map. For Naples, the arrival of the second Airbus A321neo in October will bring to 16 the destinations served by the bell base in the 2025/26 winter season.
