Dubai is poised to rewrite another chapter in the Guinness World Records book. In just over a month, in November, will open its doors Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection - sign that is part of the portfolio of IHG. You may be wondering, rightly so, what the Guinness Book of World Records has to do with it. The reason is quickly stated: the Ciel Marina Dubai, with its 377 meters of height distributed over 82 floors, will become thehighest hotel in the world.

We can say that Dubai, with this new structure, will surpass itself: yes, because the current record is held by the Gevora Hotel, a hotel facility located in the very Emirati city that, soon, will be bumped from the ranking.
The hotel, which will be built in the heart of Dubai Marina, will be managed by The First Group Hospitality and will offer its guests a total of 1004 rooms with direct views of the Persian Gulf, the Palm Jumeirah and the city's unmistakable skyline.

Through the facility's official website, it is already possible to make reservations: the first available date is the November 15, 2025. As for prices, they range from AED 1552 (approx. €390) for a standard room, and it goes up to over AED 4,000 (about €1100) for a triple suite located on the upper floors.

As mentioned, the Ciel Dubai Marina will be the tallest hotel in the world, but not only that. The hotel will also have the world's highest infinity pool, located on the 76th floor, which will surpass that of the Address Beach Resort. Records and heights aside, the Ciel Dubai Marina will also focus on a certain level of gastronomic offerings. There will be two restaurants: the Tattu Dubai, featuring Asian cuisine, and the West 13, an eatery with Mediterranean flavors. Not only that, guests will also enjoy baked goods from Rosen Café & Artisanal Baker's artisanal coffee shop, as well as the asiago buffet at East 14.
Dulcis in fundo, the Ciel Dubai Marina's offerings are completed by a spa luxury - located on the 61st floor, thus with a breathtaking view of the city - and from a gym open 24 hours a day. Guests then have free access to the Soluna Beach Club in Palm Jumeirah; business travelers, on the other hand, will have at their disposal the Nest, a working area with meeting room.
