A new chapter for Moxy Hotels

Moxy Hotels, portfolio brand Marriott, announces the opening of Moxy Tulum, marking the brand's debut in the Caribbean and Latin America. The new hotel is located across from Jaguar National Park and just minutes from the Mayan ruins of Tulum. The design combines contemporary style and local materials, with sculpted seating, interactive "Find the Jaguar" games, and colors reminiscent of Mexican culture.

Design and tech services
Le 122 rooms, including 55 Double-Doubles with two Queen beds and bunk bed solutions for groups, offer LED lighting with motion sensors, keyless access, free Wi-Fi and retro details such as vintage blue phones. Guests can take advantage of a 24-hour gym and book a Temazcal ceremony, traditional steam bath of indigenous origin.

Common spaces and concept
Moxy bar and restaurant, integrated into the open-plan lobby, serves regional dishes, craft cocktails and local beers in an industrial-rustic setting enhanced by pop art. With this opening, Marriott consolidates the presence of the Moxy brand in the CALA region (Caribbean and Latin America), focusing on the lifestyle segment. Brand known for a hospitality experience fun, modern and accessible, Moxy addresses in particular young travelers seeking curated design, integrated technology and dynamic social environments.
