China, visa-free travel for 48 countries extended until 2026: Italy confirmed, Sweden added

China has decided to extend to December 31, 2026 the program of visa-free entry for the citizens of 48 Countries, allowing stays up to 30 days for tourism, business, family visits or transit. The measure, introduced in late 2023, is one of the most important post-pandemic opening initiatives and is part of the government's strategy to revitalize tourism and strengthen economic links with the rest of the world.

The extension and novelty of Sweden
