The Australian market-and Asia in general-is extremely important to Singapore Airlines. Therefore, around the major airports you will find many SilverKris, or the lounges of the world's second best company.
In this article:

On the contrary, in EU there is only one, in London, Where it was recently renovated.
Access

There are two lounges: one from First and one from Business. While in Sydney SQ often flies the A380, here it operates daily with the Boeing 777-300, the other First Class-equipped aircraft in the company's fleet.
Depending on the ticket held you will have access to a different lounge.

The requirements are a ticket aboard a company Star Alliance or possess the status Gold Star Alliance.
A small clarification: even if you are invited to access a different lounge, if you fall within these fees you can access all lounges Of an alliance.
Location

The entrance is right at side of the Centurion Lounge and opposed to the lounge of Qantas. Finding it is easy because you just have to follow the signs to the lounges, since they are all concentrated in the same spot in the terminal, except for the Emirates.
The lounge

The lounge is large, but it has a flaw common to many others in this terminal: Has no view of the outside And so there is a lack of natural light.

The decor is classic SilverKris, although there is a project underway these months to renovate the lounges in Singapore. As with Emirates, I must say that there is never anything "wow" about them: they are all pretty standard.
It is divided into many small rooms, which is good because it makes for a more peaceful and relaxed environment.

The only semblance of a view of the outside is on the corridor leading to the gates. Amenities-wise, there is virtually nothing.
Food & Beverage

The buffet runs along the wall: there is hot and cold offerings, and-as with other lounges in this airport-it just seems to the chef's hand is always the same and that at most it only varies the breadth of supply.
The hot breakfast offerings feature classic items such as. scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, with the addition of chinese dumplings e customizable congee.

There is no noodle station and no open kitchen, as is the case in others.
You certainly won't die of thirst: there is everything, even for breakfast.

Last but not least, there is also the ice cream fridge.
In conclusion

The classic SilverKris: the one who does not disappoint but does not excel. It is like the desk mate who always takes 6,5, but it is never wasted to take 8, and rest assured that it will never take a 5.
