As stated on the website of ENAC, the National Civil Aviation Authority, during strikes there are so-called "protection time slots": specifically, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., flights must still be operated.
The advice, evidently, is to keep track the list of flights guaranteed in the event of a strike on Enac's website e also consult the company's website with which you will be flying-this way you will stay updated about possible inconveniences related to your flight.
