This is the message that, for the past few hours, has been appearing on the Priority Pass app at the bottom of the descriptions and access times of the lounges at Milan's Linate and Malpensa airports., just days before the start of the Winter Games, which will kick off next Jan. 6.

"Due to the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the lounge will not be available for access between February 1 and February 28," it reads, obviously in English on PP's app.

Stop applies at Malpensa for 'Montale' lounges (northern satellite, non-Schengen area) and 'Monteverdi' (southern satellite, Schengen area).

Green light, however, for the 'Pergolesi' (located in the central satellite of non-Schengen departures) and for the 'Alda Merini' which is located in Terminal 1, the one from which low-cost easyJet flights depart.

No stops are planned at Linate for access to the 'Leonardo' hall located after the security checks, while during the month of the Olympics PP holders will not be able to access the Piranesi' room, which is located near the ITA Airways check-ins at the southwestern end of the terminal.
