It is difficult for large airlines to have the same Business Class cabin on their entire long-haul fleet.
In this article:
Different aircraft models, purchased perhaps several years apart, are factors that cause in-flight products to not match each other in terms of seats, personal space, IFE screen size, privacy, and space for personal items.

But no airline in the world presents its passengers with a mix of business class cabins like Lufthansa does, where not only the chair models change, but also the colors, layout and seating arrangements change. Starting from the end of April, with The debut of the new retrofitted cabins on Airbus A380s., the German carrier will have no less than five different Business Class cabins in service.

And, while on some routes the cabin is that take it or leave it (and travel with another company), on others, served more frequently, you should be aware of what you will get once on board in exchange for the price you pay, which certainly does not change depending on whether the product is newer or older, with six seats per row or four seats per row and so on.
So here are the products Lufthansa offers its premium customers and what airplanes they are on.

The seats look front-facing and do not come with a door.

The Thompson Aero Vantage XL seat can be found on four Airbus A350-900s.
