On the net you can read the worse things by Air India. I decided, thus, to test the Indian national airline: today we fly, from Bangkok a New Delhi, in one of the longest routes operate with a narrow-body aircraft, a Airbus A320; a way to test the "real" experience, bare bones. I must say that it was not bad although, of course, it could have been much better.
