Fast track at Fiumicino airport how they work

Queues at airport security checkpoints can be nerve-wracking, airport fast tracks have over the years become a real saving grace for so many passengers and a source of income for airports that have begun selling the service.

In some cases, the service is free to specific credit card holders, such as Amex Platinum, or based on frequent flyer status.

For the past few months, Rome Fiumicino Airport has been activating a new service, called QPass, which allows passengers to book their turn and skip the general queue at security checkpoints, avoiding wasting time (and the plane) in line.
