The world's most expensive ticket: how to fly first class at All Nippon Airways

As of today, the world's most expensive airfare is to fly aboard All Nippon Airways' first class, a cabin renamed The Suite. Sure in the past Etihad's The Residence cost more, but now that Etihad's A380 only flies between London and Abu Dhabi that ticket costs "only" 5,000 euros.
