Valeria Rebasti, Country Manager Italy & Southeastern Europe of Volotea, commented on the new route undertaken by the airline, "We are really proud to be able to announce our partnership with Milan Linate Airport. This is the 23rd airport available for our flights in Italy. Our debut at Linate includes a rich offering of 72 thousand seats for sale. We are confident that we can make travel to Catania easier, as well as in the direction of two of Sicily's most beautiful islands. All of this offers our passengers three new flight opportunities, but more importantly, it reconfirms the company's commitment to supporting the tourism sector, which has been sorely tested by Covid-19. Of course, thanks to a series of security measures implemented, all our flights are under the banner of maximum hygiene, both for passengers and for our crews. We are confident that the launch of these new routes represents only the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration between Volotea and Milan Linate."
