Vietnamese airline Bamboo Airlines has launched a new status match offer and, of all the ones we have seen in recent months, this is by far the easiest challenge to achieve elite status.

Normally, status match offers require the passenger to complete a series of steps and very often also to fly with the new company. Thus for example Virgin Airways recently did, while Tap Portugal still forced applicants to spend a handful of euros.
Who is Bamboo Airways
Bamboo is a Vietnamese carrier based in Hanoi, launched its first flight two years ago. It offers services to Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. The company has relied on a fleet of Boeing 787s for long-haul and Embraer aircraft for domestic flights.
The pandemic has slowed its development plans; in fact, Bamboo had planned to open connections in 2020 with Europe and the United States.
On board the brand new Dreamliners, the airline offers a configuration of 4 first class seats, 24 business seats and 274 economy seats.
The status match of the Bamboo Club
The company's loyalty program is simply called Bamboo Club and offers 4 elite levels.
This carrier does not participate in any international alliances, as is the case with Emirates and Etihad for example.
It does not offer the ability to take advantage of elite privileges when flying with a different airline, so you only have benefits if you fly Bamboo, but if you are planning a trip to Southeast Asia it might be a good idea to put this card in your pocket.

For request status match (until June 30, 2021) it will be necessary to hold valid statuses of all airlines in the world.
How to apply for status match
Register To become a member of the Bamboo Club loyalty program.
Once registered you must fill out this form to request level recognition in the Bamboo Club by attaching a picture with ID and membership card or a screenshot from the restricted area on the website of the airline whose status you have.
Within about ten days you will receive the status match.
If you hold the Freccia Alata, or Freccia Alata Plus, card from Alitalia you will become First directly, if you are Ulysses you will have access to the Gold level.
