American Express has just made it official. the opening of a new Centurion Lounge.. It will be a record lounge: the largest in the world, almost double that at T4 in New York's JFK. which today, with its two floors and 15,000 square meters, holds the record for Centurions.
In this article:
The lounge Will open next year in Atlanta, in the heart of the United States. It will thus rise in what was the busiest airport in the U.S. before the pandemic, where it is located the main hub of Delta, the world's largest airline.
With its 2500 square meters, will certainly be able to meet the needs of all owners of American Express Platinum and other cards that provide access to these lounges.
Delta and other Skyteam airline passengers will then be spoilt for choice, being able to opt for this lounge or the Delta Sky Club.
At present, Amex has released few details about what services will be offered in this room.
Of course, if New York City has a speakeasy and an Equinox room in half the space, it is fair to expect more in Atlanta.
At the moment, no news for the old continent apart from the only Centurion present, namely the one that opened in London last July: beautiful, but objectively too lonely on this side of the Atlantic.
