This is the group's new project, which will see the light of day in 2023: 80 villas on a private island, for a truly exclusive stay experience.

In this article:
The island that will host the resort bears the name Al Nawras Island. It is here that LXR Hotel and Resorts has decided to open its construction sites, adding a destination to its existing ones (in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Saudi Arabia).
The goal of the prestigious American group is to create a village characterized by the most unbridled luxury, suitable for an exotic getaway but still connected to the culture and characterization typical of Abu Dhabi. It will then be possible to appreciate the majesty of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque in the morning, and then find oneself on the exclusive island in the afternoon, immersed in the pool or engaged in a game of golf.
With completion scheduled for 2023, this dream resort will house, in addition to 80 villas on the beach and in the water, a 450-square-meter royal villa, a beach club, three swimming pools (one of which is indoor), a gymnasium, a fitness room, a spa, a private marina, and a golf course.
From a culinary standpoint, the exclusive property will also have much to offer. In fact, there will be two exclusive restaurants, two bars, and a cafeteria on the island. The LXR group has also thought of the little ones, including in the project a dedicated swimming pool, splash pad, playground, and kids' club.
