Air Transat, recently elected Best Airline Travel Vacations in North America in the ranking of the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2022, presented the new direct Italy-Canada flights operating from May 2023.

The company's network includes, starting in May 2023, 13 direct flights from three Italian airports: from Rome 5 flights per week with destination Toronto and 4 with destination Montréal, from Venice 2 flights per week to Montréal and 1 to Toronto and from Lamezia Terme 1 flight per week to Toronto. On direct flights from Italy, the following are in service. Airbus A330 configured with 346 seats (12 in Club Class and 334 in Economy Class) or 375 seats (12 in Club Class and 363 in Economy Class).
The company will also offer convenient connecting flights from Rome, Venice, Lamezia to Vancouver and/or Calgary, all operated with Air Transat, via Toronto or Montréal, as well as domestic flights within Canada and connecting flights to the North America.
