• All Members enrolled in the MilleMiglia Program who, on February 1, 2023, will have a remaining mileage balance from the 2018-2022 Edition participate in the initiative.
• "Remaining mileage balance" means the amount of miles, accumulated during the 2018-2022 Edition, that has not been used for award application by January 31, 2023.
• All Members with remaining mileage balance:
  (a) greater than 60,000 miles, they will have to accumulate 3,000 miles to get a mileage bonus equal to 100% of the remaining mileage balance or 2,000 miles to get a bonus equal to 60,000 miles;
  b) less than or equal to 60,000 miles will have to accumulate 2,000 miles to get a mileage bonus equal to 100% of the remaining mileage balance.
• Miles earned with all MilleMiglia Program Partners registered in the systems from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023 are valid for the initiative.
• Exclusive Bonus miles and bonus miles, awarded by the MilleMiglia Program or Partners, for participation in other promotional initiatives are not valid for the purposes of the initiative, except as expressly provided for in the regulations of those initiatives.
• It is the Participating Member's responsibility to verify that the miles have been credited to his or her account and, if necessary, to make arrangements to claim the missing miles as indicated on mymiglia.com on the Partner pages.
• Members belonging to Exclusive Clubs who obtain the bonus equal to 100% of the remaining mileage balance will have their status registered in the systems as of January 31, 2023, confirmed until January 31, 2024.
• Bonus mileage crediting and status recognition will take place on a monthly basis, from February 2023 to July 2023, by the 15th day of the month, based on the credits recorded in the systems the previous month.
• Members with residual mileage balances greater than 60,000 who reach the threshold of 2,000 accumulated miles without reaching the threshold of 3,000 accumulated miles in the same month will be credited with the 60,000-mile bonus in accordance with the timing of the promotion. If, with further credits valid for the purposes of the initiative, they obtain additional miles useful for reaching the second threshold of 3,000 accumulated miles as well, they will obtain, at the earliest available date, the residual miles due and status recognition.
