Max Gazzè's prank at Catania airport.
In this article:
After concerts in Linguaglossa in the province of Catania, Mazara del Vallo in the province of Trapani and in Messina, Max Gazzè stopped at Catania airport waiting to depart for a new show. While waiting for his departure, he staged a small skit posted on social media. Taking advantage of the presence of a piano, the singer-songwriter simulated a performance which, however, left travelers in transit from the Sicilian airport indifferent. Partly because of the mask, partly because of the chaos, they might not have noticed who was playing, or they had guessed the gag. In fact, Max Gazzè had cleverly pretended to press the piano keys. A little prank that is revealed in the video and prompts the singer-songwriter to stand up and feign indifference so as not to arouse suspicion.
As well as many other artists, Max Gazzè is also traveling the length and breadth of Italy for numerous concerts during the summer period. After a long season without shows, the reopening of live events (with associated restrictions) has breathed new life into the industry, which for the second year in a row, however, must forgo stadium concerts. In July 2020, Max Gazzè was the first artist to return to perform live with a real production after a four-month stop. An initiative desired by the singer-songwriter to support workers in the entertainment industry.
The rules at Catania airport
A year later, Max Gazzè is still there at the forefront of performing and bringing luster to live music. From the Catania airport he staged an amusing skit that attests to the good humor that accompanies the tour. In the Sicilian air terminal from July 19 he is again active screening of arriving passengers, by means of swabs. The dedicated area has been set up inside Terminal B. The facility looks not only at arrivals, allowing everyone to undergo a quick test, on a voluntary basis. All that is needed is a boarding pass, showing the need to depart or attesting to arrival at the airport. It is good to remember how you do not need a reservation or form.
To be remembered. Wizz Air has set its sights on Catania's Fontanarossa airport. to offer new routes to passengers. From July 3 it opened the new route to Santorini with two flights a week and Prague every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. From July 4, on the other hand, the Catania-Tel Aviv (twice a week) and Catania-Turin (five times a week) routes opened. On June 8 it was the turn of the Catania-Heraklion route, while from September 21 it will be possible to depart from the Sicilian airport to Abu Dhabi.
