ITA Airways, unboxing the welcome gift dedicated to Executive customers

Executive level holders of the ITA Airways loyalty program. are receiving these days the welcome gift, a benefit provided only for those who reach the highest tier. In fact to date the vast majority of users who possess this tier are Alitalia's former Winged Arrow Plus who gained status through the status match campaign launched last October or are customers from other loyalty programs.

Like so many other loyalty programs, also Flying abandoned, in the name of saving money and reducing consumption, physical cards by switching to a digital ecosystem, but not for everyone: in fact, the most important customers will continue to receive it at home.

What the welcome gift contains

In conclusion

This was a due submission, since it was one of the benefits provided for TOP customers. Of course, we could have expected a more interesting and less discounted gift or perhaps it would have been better to specify from the beginning that Executive members would also receive the luggage tag. Now, however, we are waiting to receive the more concrete benefits such as the status recognition, the accumulation of points when flying with other carriers of the same alliance and especially the possibility of being able to redeem prize tickets and not just a cash+miles.
